Who processes your data

Contact form submissions are processed and delivered via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention

Email messages received through the contact form are retained for as long as the correspondence remains relevant to an active or potential engagement — typically no longer than 24 months from receipt. Data is deleted upon your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — by submitting the form, you consent to Guelsah Dereli processing your contact details for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. If you are located in Singapore, processing is conducted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@guelsah.com with the subject line "Data Request". Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.
